Personal:
- Married 34 years to my wife Dee and we have two amazing children. Darlene (Shaver) King who was recently married and is currently a middle school English teacher. She is gifted in so many ways with an incredible mind and her passion for children is what makes her such a great teacher.
- Jason Shaver is finishing his MBA at UCCS while doing great things as a grad assistant coach with the Track and Field team at UCCS. He was an outstanding athlete in high school and college and I am so proud of the man he has become.
- Hobbies include touring with the VMCCA in a 1932 Chevrolet Roadster, golfing, auto racing and anything outdoors in this beautiful state we live in.
- I have been blessed by God in so many ways and I am thankful for the life and family I have.
