As a Native of Colorado Springs, it is this market and the surrounding areas that I know best.
I am a 3rd generation Real Estate and Development Professional with a full spectrum of knowledge in most real estate areas. When asked about what is it about Colorado Springs my answer is: This city and culture support my family values and we enjoy the Colorado lifestyle. My wife and I have raised 4 kids in one of the greatest cities in America. It’s a vibrant community with a small-town culture.
I started my Real Estate career by following in my father’s footsteps after graduating from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate. In 1988, I began working with Better Homes and Gardens, where I quickly achieved top producer status. In 1992, I joined Fidelity Real Estate and Development which was a competing family owned, local, full service real estate firm. Later, I bought out my father’s interest to become a partner in the firm in 1994. In 1998 Fidelity became Weichert Realtors® – Pikes Peak Group and I maintain my Broker Associate license with Weichert Realtors to this day.
